You can look forward to enjoying our tried and tested home cooking which shows the definite influences of modern cuisine. For generations, we have enjoyed spoiling our guests with local delicacies from our highly prized region.
We use predominantly fresh, locally sourced ingredients in our kitchen. Of course, traditional dishes such as smoked ‘Schäufele’ (pork shoulder) or the famed escargots from Kaiserstuhl are always on our otherwise seasonally changing menus. And it goes without saying that choice wines from the winegrowers’ association and the local wine-growing estates round off our range of culinary offers.
The pleasant adjoining room is available for celebrations or conferences.
